It sound so insane to even writing it but he actually hang up on me and blocked my number when I raised on issue with being overcharged 4 times during my stay and he accused me of cursed at him when I was only trying to me spell my name that he couldn’t understand cause I have a French accent .

I was also a bit disappointed with my room which had multiple issues, the shower hot water didn’t work, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the air con/heating didn’t run and the lamp didn’t run.
