We did have to ask for extra bedding for the sofa bed twice, and the sofa bed was not very comfortable but other than that we thought this was a great hotel

They do not even bother to leave you a bottle of water in the room and the breakfasts are in their dinner restaurant, so the staff is in a bad mood, it is very expensive and it is not a place designed for breakfast.
