Terrible hotel and terrible staff; the room keys don't work, the elevators don't work either—forcing you to walk down more than twenty flights of stairs—and when you complain, they treat you like a liar!

One of the worst hotel stays ever long lines on the elevator to do to putting a new beds drain in the shower did not work noisy elevator TV reception was horrible no ice on any of the floors was never told about it

The were replacing the beds in the empty rooms and it was causing traffic on the elevators and only one elevator was available during peak hours.

It was a nightmare it had bed bugs I got allergies so severe, water wasn’t even hot, aircon so loud, breakfast really mid, so bad elevator, room cleaning really poor, shout out for the waffle guy but for everyone else it was so bad.
