The location was excellent 10 mins walk away from Times Square and if you go to other direction the central Park is also 10 mins walk away ....

The floor carpet was old and didn't look very clean and the room service kept putting decaf capsules in the room, even though they weren't consumed and they saw that we were only using regular coffee.

Room furniture had Knicks and scratches, the washroom door was a slide door- with no locks and no privacy, we could actually peep thru the door into the washroom, not worth the price
