The hotel is amazing but we especially enjoy relaxing at the bar with good cocktails and our server Nick always makes it enjoyable (second time seeing him as well).

The room was dirty (used forks left on the nightstand, glassware and mirror were filthy), some of the staff could care less, we had issues streaming on the TVs, 2 of the 4 power outlets didn't work, and last but definitely the worst the beds are hard as a rock and only two pillows which were flat…

There were young guests staying in some of the rooms next door, they were loud at 11 pm to 1 am in the morning, running in and out of each others rooms in the hallway, loud, slamming doors.

To make matters worse, the heavy spray left the bathroom floor dangerously slippery, creating a serious slip hazard, all while the room continued to smell like smoke.
