My stay was lovely, beautiful clean rooms, they had a wine hour, met people from all over, and Chris was very attentive and hospitable, front desk and management was very classy and friendly, great location close to the heart of the city 10/10 staying here again

Clean hotel, very close to Times Square, very comfortable mattresses, slept very well, you can hear the sirens between police and ambulances a lot but slept anyway, convenient morning coffee or tea, nothing to say, I would say hotel ok for a stay in New York

I love the customer service at Kimpton properties and as always the room was spotless and the bed, dreamy.

Whilst rooms are slightly bigger than the NY average that’s about where it stops, beds are uncomfortable, rooms get a lot of street noise from below, bathrooms are tiny, there is no mini bar or snacks, no coffee machine, the aircon is noisy, and rooms seem old, tired and dated!

The breakfast was phenomenal , super kid friendly staff , rooftop bar was amazing , had a gorgeous view and nice outside as well as inside seating !

Four star hotel may be a bit ambitious here especially given the price we paid (close to $500 per night due to Labor Day price gouging every hotel in the city participates in).
