This was our 4th time staying ant Soho Grand , it's our favorite hotel in the city, everybody is so kind and helpful, the bed is comfortable and the vibe at the bar unmatched, our room view was very nice specially during full moon nights

Noisy late night crowd , not enough staff to serve , 40 minutes for a cocktail to arrive , haphazard housekeeping system, 3 requests to get the room serviced over a 2 hour period at 3pm is unacceptable

One note when booking on the weekends is to ask for a room on a higher floor as you can hear the club bass noise on the lower floors.

The only negative was that during a shower, the glass enclosure leaked so bad the floor flooded in the bathroom.

Room was unclean, shower didn’t work, dirty window, no view, gravel pit with weeds our window, and directly on top of the nightclub in the hotel (who knew there was a nightclub in the hotel?!?) with the bass so loud until 4am both weekend nights that the bed in our room was shaking, the lights…
