The staff's customer service is top tier.the views are breath taking..I stayed in a suite 2309 with soho view of city all i can say is you will not be dissapointed.I will come again!!

The staff was amazing and very kind, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and our location right in the heart of Soho was an perfect!

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, it doesn’t have blackout so if you want to sleep don’t stay here I ended up having cardboard in the windows to try blocking the light from coming into the room, hairs everywhere stains in the bath.

Unfortunately F&B is very much sub par, the quality of food is consistently quite poor, (room service, mezzanine and El Ta’Koy,) hopefully that will be rectified with the new ownership.

I complained 5 times, the maintenance staff came to the room twice and always said it was fixed, but on the 5th time I gave up.

And when we call and ask the hotel, our phone call was picked up by 8 different persons but still didn’t fix our problem, so at last we have to call back to Hong Kong American express.

We had to ask for refills on drinks, ask for our bill so we could pay or charge to the room, no quality check was done once the food was dropped, and it was fairly pricey for poor service.
