Despite asking to speak to the general manager for 5 days I did not get an opportunity and the front office manager Brandon was not helpful and only fit to be a bell boy.

Room was dirty and had a smell and they weren’t able to do anything just asked housekeeping to come in just wiped down like it was nothing and sprayed some type of spray in the room to mask the smell
